My name is Jose Osvaldo Cruz Vargas, and I’ve spent my entire life on the north coast. Living here has given me the privilege of enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer — from its stunning beaches and rivers to the breathtaking landscapes of Cabarete and Sosúa.
